Do You Require Visa Sponsorship? (Non-EU Applicants)

A 50% deposit is required to secure your residency, with the remaining balance due at least one month before your stay begins. The fee covers a private room, access to shared and personal workspaces, two toilets, two showers, and a self-catering setup. Residents have access to storage in the cupboards, fridge, and freezer, along with shared use of a fully equipped kitchen, two dining rooms, a laundry area, and a spacious outdoor space perfect for relaxing or working creatively. The cost for a 2-week stay for one person is 1300€. If your application is approved, we will provide additional details regarding payment options and our cancellation policy.
